First time fund managers tend to outperform later stage funds as reported by the Kauffman Foundation in We have Met the Enemy and He is US. In fact, 65% of  VC firms barely return invested capital (see image below).  As one of the first Limited Partners in DCM back in 1997, I learned a great deal about how VC funds operate. I was fortunate to be involved with Ten Eleven's inaugural fund in 2015, which has become a leading CryptoSecurity fund.

Unbounded Capital is a new CryptoCurrency fund formed in 2019, where I am an advisor and hopefully able to pass along some of the knowledge I have gleaned from those that paved the path previously.
